1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
• The gemstone is returned in its original condition—unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
• All original documentation, certificates, and packaging must be included.
• The item must not fall under the non-refundable categories listed below.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Custom orders or engraved items
• Clearance or discounted items
• Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
• Products returned without the original gemstone certificate and packaging

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support@praveengems.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging to support your claim.
3. Wait for our confirmation email and return instructions.
4. Ship the product securely using a reliable courier with tracking and insurance. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• We will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping, insurance, and transaction fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund if the claim is valid.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
